[Clients] How to track daily nutrition

As a client, your coach might have assigned macro or portion tracking targets. So how do you track this information for your coach to review?

On your home calendar, tap on the (+) icon in the bottom right corner. If your coach has assigned you portion or macro targets, you will see a link for "Daily Tracking".

Tap on the Daily Tracking link to open the daily tracking page for the specific date. From there you can track your portion or macro goals, depending on the specific plan your coach has assigned to you.
